Ulcers

Seriously loathe ulcers. Stupid good for nothing sores. The crappy thing is that I'm ulcer prone. An accidental bite, sudden irritating ear itch, insomnia, and bam the ulcers return. I stayed up all night unpacking and packing on Saturday and only slept around 4am on Sunday morning. And now ended up with ulcers in the mouth and throat. It is so painful that I can't even open my mouth. Don't feel like eating cause it hurts so badly. Seriously not in a good mood. On top of that, the mosquitoes keep attacking me. Moronic, stupid good for nothing creatures. Just freaking extinct.

Fat

Fat. Something that I have not had since I was a baby.

It has always been an issue for me to gain an ounce. Regardless of how much I eat, the maximum weight gained would never exceed 2kg. And all that would soon be lost after a stressful period. As a result, I have always been mocked by obese people. Well hey since they mock my size it is rightful for them to see the fact that they are indeed blobs of moving lard.

However, lately, it seems that I have gotten a little 'bigger'. Jeans that use to fit fine seem too hard to get into. This has never happened in the past. Well except from the growing up days. Even skirts that use to spin around now don't fit. I was a little chubbier during high school days due to baby fat. But had massive weight loss in college and university due to stress and growing up.

When I went shopping yesterday, I picked out several pieces of clothing in my usual size and headed into the fitting room. I never thought I would ever have a chance to say this but man the clothes were tiny. When I got out of the fitting room, my sister sarcastically said :

Sister: What on earth were you doing in there for so long?
Thought you fainted in there.
The shop assistant kept looking at your stall wondering what took you so long.

Me: I had difficulty getting in and out of the clothes.
(The thing is Bershka clothes are a little small this season and they don't have zippers. Which makes it very hard to put on and remove).

I suppose my metabolism rate has slowed down. Bye bye skinny genes. Hello fats. I hope that I will have fat at the rightful places *ahem.

New Year's Eve

Watched New Year's Eve for the second time just now. For both times, New Year's Eve is watched after the New Year. It has been a year since I watched it. Gosh how time flies. Now I can't get Aud Lang Syne out of my head. It has certainly been a Sarah Jessica Parker night. Right after New Year's Eve, was 'I Don't Know How She Does It'. It's 2.40am. I'm still humming Aud Lang Syne. Excuse the spelling. Too tired to check.

Fairy Tale

Of late, people around me have been mocking me regarding my marital status. A cousin of mine said to me that she couldn't understand why a neighbor of hers, who isn't very voluptuous could manage to get a Caucasian to marry her and bring her back to his country. Why couldn't you, who looks much better land yourself with one? Well, I don't have the answer to that either cousin. "The Saint's lover" too mocked me during one of his crazy outlash that " you think Prince Charming will step out of the tv and sweep you away in a carriage?". Well maybe that might happen. After all, love happens in the strangest way.(Like how she ended up with you.)Most often love happens when you least expect it. While browsing through some posts the other day, I saw a quote or advise that says " If you want bigger fish, you'll have to look outside the pond". Which is really true. How do you expect to find better things when you are confined in an enclosure? Well, everybody has their own fairy tale. How will my fairy tale end? That is a question that only God can answer. Your mockings will not alter my fairy tale. Until my happy ending prevail, you'll just have to be patient.
